Sunday Dinner

Sunday I spent a day with my daughter, we went to Art Festival, to shopping, then go home and do some cooking. We made Tom yum soup and 2 kind of spring rolls. We had a good time, these dishes turn out good and real yummy.

Friday Harvest

I picked these this morning, they are bell peppers, okra, bitter melons and figs.

Crust recipe adapted from King Arthur website. It is excellent. I put BBQ sauce on half (for hubby), the other half is plain, put whatever topping you like. I bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes.
